Overview
My name is Dr. Helma de Vries-Jordan. I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science and the Director of the History and Political Science Program at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. I received my Ph.D. in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2007, with specializations in Comparative Politics and Methodology. My research is focused on marriage equality and LGBT activism in advanced industrialized democracies.
